Day 101: May 26th
Nick and Addi snuck over to the hospital this morning and was able to give Ryker his noon feed. Zylee and I stayed at Ronald McDonald for her nap. I went to visit later on in the evening, and was able to get some nice one-on-one time with the little nugget. He’s looking better and better with each day that passes. I ended up stuck at the hospital for awhile as a massive storm passed overhead and dumped a ton of rain. We’re currently under a Tornado warning for the area.. Fun times!
Overall he’s increased on his feedings, sitting at 64% total feeds by bottle. Up by 10% since Thursday! He’s also weighing in at 8lbs 12oz, and 21″ long. It’s hard to believe he started out only 2-1/2lbs and 14.75″ long! It’s incredible to see how much he’s grown in such a “short” period of time.
