Day 41 March 27th, 2019
I checked in on Ryker this morning before headed back to FoCo for an appointment. I took Zylee to the drop in care at the hospital again. I couldn’t get her checked in fast enough that kid was so excited to go play! I’m glad she takes after her sister in that way, and is OK to play and be without me for an hour.
Ryker is still on his CPAP of 6, handling the feeding tube in his stomach well, and seems to be a happy camper overall. He’s starting to get his heart rate to hang in the 170’s primarily which his huge. Normally he’s hanging around mid-180’s and will jump to 200 when he’s angry. I snuck in some snuggle time before we left. He’s jumped back up to 4lbs 3oz as well and it’s noticeable! We’ll take these calm days! I also forgot to post that his nurses made him a name sign for his room! Ryker the Rocket the call him. I love how both NICU’s seem to be on the same page with the space theme.
