Day 61: April 16th

I got word this morning that Ryker’s surgery has been moved up to tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10:19am. They say it’s the most common neurosurgery they perform, and it should be a reasonably quick procedure (about an hour or so).. We know he’s in good hands, but it still makes Nick and I feel queasy knowing our little 2 month old is heading in for his second neurosurgery. We are looking forward to him feeling better again though! I’m really hoping we don’t fall too far behind in his respiratory care this time around.

I’ll update tomorrow once he’s out of surgery…
