Day 98: May 23rd
No big changes today for Ryker. Still working away at feeds.
I finally forced myself to give feeding a go again. My anxiety was through the roof in fear of another brady event, but Ryker did really well! He ate his whole bottle, and then was awake for some time afterwards. We did both his noon & 3pm bottle together. The 2nd time he threw up a bit, but I was able to get him up and breathing before having a bradycardia event.
Zylee was really sweet. She saw that I was holding him and brought over the tablet so her and brother could watch baby shark together. I swear if Ryker’s first words aren’t “baby shark”, I will be super surprised!
Zylee felt she needed to give pumping a go LOL! We were face-timing with Nick and Addi, and she grabbed my pump parts, started it up and put it to her chest. Such a goofy kid!
